As September comes to an end, we would like to take a moment to reflect on the wonderful activities that have brought joy and connection to our community this month. Here’s a recap of the delightful events our residents participated in:

Target Practice Club:
Residents enjoyed sharpening their aim with friendly target practice.

Coaster Painting:
Creativity flourished as residents painted beautiful coasters, resulting in unique pieces that add a personal touch.

Paignton Zoo Trip:
Our outing to Paignton Zoo was a highlight, with residents delighted by the variety of animals and the opportunity to connect with nature.

Cheryl the Singer:
Cheryl filled our care home with her uplifting melodies, creating a warm and joyous atmosphere during her performance.

Tea Light Jar Decorating:
Residents had a wonderful time decorating tea light jars.

Luke the Harpist:
The soothing sounds of Luke’s harp brought relaxation and peace to our afternoons, inviting residents to unwind and enjoy the music.

Geography Quiz:
Our geography quiz was both educational and entertaining, with residents testing their knowledge and enjoying a bit of friendly competition.

Jigsaw Puzzles:
Many enjoyed putting together jigsaw puzzles, sparking conversations and teamwork among residents.

Animal HQ:
Our residents had a fantastic time learning about and interacting with various animals from Animal HQ, which was both fun and enriching.

Louise the Saxophonist:
Louise brought the vibrant sounds of the saxophone to our home, creating an engaging musical experience for all.

Macmillan Coffee Morning:
We held a delightful coffee morning in support of Macmillan, enjoying delicious treats and the camaraderie of friends.

Bert the Guitarist:
To wrap up the month, Bert’s guitar performance filled the common room with joyous music, inviting everyone to sing along and reminisce.
