Many of our staff have been here for so long that they feel that Oldway Heights is an extension of their own families. We strongly believe it takes a truly special person, with passion and a kind nature, to care for people in the way we are dedicated to doing at our care home in Paignton.

We have a happy, dedicated and highly valued team working here, and sometimes we do need to add to our team.

Our care home specialises in younger adults (aged 18-65). We’re particularly keen to hear from people with experience working with those with mental health conditions, learning disabilities and physical disabilities.
